Hi there

Our building had Coinmaster doing out laundry in the building for the past five years. Their service was very poor, most of the machines didn't work well due to overloading by some of the residents, sad end to the Huebsh equipment that was originally installed. Was also the reason I got my own washer and dryer in my unit.

Few weeks ago Coinmaster's contract came up for renewal and management decided to change vendors thankfully. Now we have three top load and two front load Quantum Speed Queen's and five of the matching dryers. Was able to be the first to run a load of bedding thru the new front loaders and was pleasantly impressed.

Have attached photos of the new machines.

Awesome! Those Quantum toploaders are very nice machines! I've gotten to use one before. Just remember to select the Heavy soil setting and the machine will do a traditional cycle with a deep rinse. The light and Medium soil settings both just do a spray rinse.

You'll love the SQ FLs and dryers

I've had my SQ FL set for 3 years now and they work great. One hint, Always run the dryers on Med heat as they do get VERY hot. Also as mentioned upthread only use the Heavy cycle on the TL and Normal or Heavy on the FL to get proper rinsing. Doing this you and your laundry should be happy with this great new laundry equipment. Added bonus, it's all made in USA to Alliance Laundry System's Commercial grade standards and not China junk.

Ah yes, because Alliance quality is so wonderful... NOT!

Overrated unsophisticated junk bought because they're a hang sight cheaper than decent European-made Primus or Miele machines... they're cheaper for a reason, folks! Those places here that have them seem to have little luck with them, 2 years is about all you'll get out of them in a commercial environment... whereas there are a lot of the old Primus machines whirring and thumping away after over 30 years, because, crude as they are, they're built to a much higher standard than this.

...and don't underestimate what the Chinese are capable of when properly trained. The guitar industry has learned that the hard way with Eastman...
