Yes, a pedestal was offered for the original Neptune pair just for some additional height, no storage drawers.

Frigidaire Also Had a One Piece pedestal

For KM and FD pairs that they built, it really makes a  lot of sense as having the dryers weight and just one pedestal made for great stability.
