Hi I think i have managed to video my bendix doing a hot wash, i did it without a lot of preparation so there isn't any commentary i'm afraid, and the first shot starts off a bit squ wif.

Hey Ricky, thank you, the videos were just great! Now that's what I call a front loader!

I love the all done video at the end.

Ricky,
Thanks for the videos they were great. This is a combo right? The videos remind me so much of my Grandmothers Bendix. Hers was just a washer action was the same and much older from the mid 50s. Amazing how different todays front loaders are. You don't see all that water and action. I also like all the clothes on the line.
Best Wishes
Peter

Hi Ricky

Fantastic vids - thanks !

During the spin did I hear a `speed up' about half way through? I think from the noise the machine has an induction motor........

I really enjoyed watching these.

Hi Thanks for the comments, i do love watching this machine work, and Nick this machine has an induction motor that runs at one speed and in one direction continuously, a gear box with a solenoid shifter changes the drum speed from wash tumble to approx 600rpm in one kick , hence the click sound ( i think the you tube sound and video are a little out of sink) ( i know thats not the right spelling !) so the shifter clicks in and out to run between tumble and wash throughout the cycle.

Glad you liked the washing line shot , even though we don't have the best weather in the uk we all seem to want to use our washing line!

Richard
