I'm looking to see if I can find any additional information. Alliance does have the manual but it doesn't seem to include cycle charts like they usually do. Still might be worth a peek:

Stevet,
I did track down a cycle chart (last page, MDC controls): www.andrewbarton.com.au/s... Looks like it has an intermediate spin, a spin and spray, a rinse (which is also spin and spray?) and a final extract. The lights do change to indicate what part of the cycle it's in, so you might be able to toss some softener in at the right time.. the cycle times might not be exact though, I have seen reference to dip switches that would extend the time from the 30 minutes shown in this chart. (btw, someone in Imperial thought you might be interested in my post over there) |

Spray Rinses: I have a 2017 9-series (electronic control) and am the only person I know who uses spray rinses (through a bit of cycle manipulation) on every load...with the exception of kitchen/personal whites, which receive a healthy dose of liquid chlorine bleach. Those loads get a traditional deep-fill rinse. I'd be very hesitant to use LCB with spin-spray rinses.
Other than that, I'm very happy with the water-saving spray rinses. Clothes are clean, no issues with detergent rash, and the world has not spun off its axis, LOL. |

may be a bit of aggravation.....but may be worth running two cycles....one for detergent/bleach....and the second for an agitated deep rinse with softener..
I doubt very much if a LCB dispenser was available, that it would be timed....if possible in a coin op machine.....either add it while the machine is filling, then add the clothes.....although usually best to add 5 minutes after the machine has started....but sometimes you have to work within the confines of what the machine will allow... |
