I have a GE washer Model #WWA2250GALWH - Serial # VS1 09729G - It is leaking water and we have determined the water pump has a hole in it. Trying to find a water pump. Any suggestions ???? Pic Enclosed Bob

The hole in the pump is not the cause of the leak but rather the water seal has failed, the hole is there as a weep hole to allow tiny amounts of moisture to escape so it does not damage the bearings.
Luckily these pumps are still readily available, A new one will be heat sealed together so it will look a little different than your old one. John L. |
