I remember seeing a Samsung 4 burner stove where 2 or 3 of the burners were induction and 1 or 2 were regular glass top burners..At the time I thought that would be the one I would get because we seldom use more than 2 burners at a time and I liked the option of having the regular burners still available for non magnetic or glass/aluminum cookware..

Do you think I can find it now that I'm actually looking to replace our stove. No.

Or trying to find a white induction stove, not SS or black or slate seems impossible.

If you see one of these hybrids in your real or virtual travels point it out to me. LOL

Hey Pete,

We have a Miele Combi-Set in the upstairs kitchen. It has one large induction burner on the left and double smooth-top electric burners on the right. Have a look at the link to see what's available.

There's been some discussion in the modern gardenweb/houzz appliance forums with individuals wanting to replace their old white radiant heat flat surface cooking with induction and there are no induction cooking surface units that are white, they all seem to be black or grey.

Whoops. Yes, they are in-counter units. I missed that you need a stove. Best of luck!!
