I've wanted to post a pic of these for a while now but I wanted to wait until we had been using them for a while. Overall I'm very happy with the pair, but I absolutely cannot stand the lid locking on the washer!

You now have two of the most rugged and long lasting machines EVER made for home laundry.
You can remove the little latch thing from the lid and insert it in the washer top if you want to watch the machines work, although if you see the washer trying to agitate you may be disappointed so it might be better to just be happy with the smooth operation.

I too like the looks of the 2018 panel. I have my eye on SQ if my 15 year old Maytag ever needs to be replaced. I’m used to short washer cycles so curious how long they are with the SQ? |
