Hey Guys
I recently had the pleasure of working with Bud (sfh074) on replacing the pulsator on my '63 Multimatic washer. I saw his post on the Imperial site about his ability to fabricate Frigidaire agitator parts. I contacted him about fabricating a new pulsator for this model. The washer had a Rollermatic pulsator that the previous owner had put in the original's place. I was never happy with the weak turnover that the Rollermatic pulsator provided and wanted to return this washer to its original glory. Anyway, Bud couldn't have been nicer to deal with or more knowledgeable. He immediately said that he would be able to fabricate the pulsator for me. I had the new pulsator in a few weeks and I couldn't be happier. The new pulsator that Bud fabricated is perfect and fits perfectly. I can't believe that he was able to fabricate this replacement. It truly seems to have come from the Frigidaire factory. My maiden wash with it went perfectly and the turnover is fantastic! Nothing like that weak turnover with the Rollermatic pulsator that was originally in it when I got it. I'm truly thrilled that we have someone in this club that can restore these Frigidaire parts so perfectly and keep these "old girls" still running as originally intended. In fact, I'm so happy that I plan on having Bud replace the rubber agitator parts on the entire column of my '56 Unimatic. As far as the restoration of my '63 Multimatic goes the only thing that I still need is the elusive agitator cap.

I plan on posting photos of the old pulsator and the new pulsator in place so everyone can see the unbelievable job that Bud was able to accomplish as soon as I can figure out how to post photos from my iPhone to this site.

IPhone help!

Can someone tell Jim how to upload pictures from his iPhone to this post? I'm dying to see his pictures! He says he's having trouble figuring out how to upload and I have zero experience with iPhones.

uploading pice from iphone

reply to this posting, just scroll down to add photos in the "add photos here box". click add files and it will give the choice to take a photo, or use one in the photo library on the iphone. also gives the option to browse. click on the photo you want. hit preview when uploaded and should be able to post to forum.

hope that helps.

It’s pretty straightforward.

Within the Add photos section, tap add files.

Then the iOS will pop up and give the option to choose from the library. Tap that option.

Next, select the photos from the standard iOS photo library selector. I typically choose the camera roll to select the desired photos. Tap Done in the upper right hand side of the screen and you’ll return to AW.

Last, you’ll need to preview the post first in order for AW to process the photos taken from your iPhone

The new pulsator with the original column in place. I'm currently using a pickle jar lid that I painted gray for the agitator cap until I can find an original.

The original column Circulator and Lint Chaser where still in good shape and didn't need to be replaced.
Here's a pic of the new set up washing.
