I sorta like it too...

 

And the control knobs are just the right height for kids!  Although these were from another era, when kids were a little better controlled and behaved...

Based on the oven dial location, I thought at first the oven was upside down! I do like the cabinetry and the tiny range hood.

American Kitchens "Pioneer" line 1956

Since it was sold by American Kitchens, I'm curious if the oven and cooktop were made in the Crosley plant on Arlington St. in Cincinnati, or possibly in their Connersville, IN facility. According to my research, Crosley sold the appliance business to Philco sometime during 1956, so if this kitchen was from after that date, they likely would have been made by another company.
