Has anyone ever tried putting the load in before returning the suds? I wonder if it would be like Kelvinator's Magic Minute on steroids.

I am a big fan of suds machines. Once in a while, I'll throw a few of the dirtiest items in when there's just barely enough incoming water, to get some real thrashing when needed, but it's wisest to wait for a full tub of water or nearly so.

Suds saver washers are economical, great fun.

Thanks

I appreciate what's wisest, just wondered if anyone liked the fun and excitement of doing wrong. I also wondered how long it took a Maytag Gyrator to pull an entire load into the water without some pushing which I have not seen mentioned in their instructions. I guess you could load a machine with a separate suds pump before starting it.
