I have a new old stock rinse aid dispenser on my KDS-14 and it seems to leak out all the rinse aid into the machine. Any thoughts what I should check? I've completely rebuilt the entire machine and this is bugging me.
Thanks
Mike

Rinse-aid, because it is a detergent, will find any weakness in the dispenser seals.
I've had problems with my Bosch, both with:
* the original Elbi dispenser: the plunger seal became porous. Tightening the plunger spring only acted to delay the problem for another month or so;
* a brand new genuine replacement (new old stock?): overfilling to the supposed maximum level seems to allow leakage from the lid seal. The lid on this type is a hinged flap. I now fill it only to three-quarters capacity.
Perhaps in your case, an 'O'-ring seal might have perished. They should be relatively easy to get hold of.
In my case, the plunger seal was a one-piece moulded rubbery 'condom' affair. Limited spares were individually available (lids and lid catches), or the whole dispenser unit. But not the part I needed. Typical.
