Hi ..

Got one of these at a thrift shop this week. It is in excellent condition, I don't think it was ever used. Does anyone know anything about this gadget? Got it for $15.

I didn't see anything on Cuisinart's' web site like it, but you can do a search with the model number and probably be able to download the user guide.

That's in my small-appliance stash, purchased for $29 new, a price I couldn't resist. I've never used it. The Ronson's much more flashy even if you do need to wear ear protectors when using it. I hope there's some feedback on how the Cuisinart performs.

I'm sure the Cuisinart performs perfectly well as a regular blender too. You really got a bargain and a half.

They were discontinued a couple of years ago.. I had bought one and it crapped out so I returned it.Notlong after they were being sold dirt cheap. Cuisinart if famous for resurrecting old technologies and designs. this from the Cook'n Stir,, they have a toaster oven that looks remarkably like the old GE (flair) style toaster oven, a rip off Salad Shooter etc etc.

Made cream of mushroom coup last evening using the soup maker. Worked quite well. I think the blender part will chop anything. Not a bad deal for $15.

I really like the Cuisinart videos with Mary Rogers, who describes herself as the Director of Marketing.

She reminds me of a favorite Aunt!
