This is a rare bird in that this has the Filter-flo design whereby the filter stream shoots out into an agitator-mounted pan as opposed to what was predominantly filter stream flowing into a small pan mounted along the back of the tub. I think I have seen one of this design in a shoppers square for sale craigslist ad. I wonder if GE threatned Norge with a lawsuit.

That model was the real beginning of the large tub models made by many other companies after that. This tub was definitely the biggest for quite some time. LOL It went from a 14 lb. tub to a 22 lb. tub at the end of this era. | ||
