I like that oven!
And our GE double-oven isn't working right now! The bottom oven (that was the one that worked right) doesn't turn on anymore, and the top oven, I guess never really worked right (it's hard to get the temperature right on it).

I'll be making a trip to southern California at the beginning of February for one of my aunt's 80th birthday party. I was planning on taking the train, but now I'm thinking of taking the truck and picking this oven up?

What to do, what to do...
:o/

Are these Frigidaire ovens good performers?

In my opinion, Frigidaire made a wonderful range. I like the Radiant Tubes and their ovens are very well insulated.

My Grandmother was a fantastic baker and cook. Her 1962 Deluxe 30 " Range cranked out beautiful pastry and dinners for years.

I am currently keeping my eye open for a 30" Frigidaire. Something just before WCI took over.

If you are in the market for a wall oven, I'd say definitely check this out.

A product I remember as brand new. Since most built-in products were serviced in-home I saw very few ovens in the shop. I can still recall the adjustable table that was used for sliding these out for repair. As I have mentioned before, all Frigidaire cooking appliances from this period seemed to have a quality look and feel to them. If the cookmaster (clock) is working that's a big plus. Good luck!
