Not so glamourous, but here's my only 1-18 - a WC-6 that I saved from an appliance auction back in November of 2014 and STILL haven't done much with...

Just found a NOS tub seal last fall so this is on the 2019 'project list'. Still need a lint filter, though.

so many nice 1-18's still in use. Some look showroom new.

The Frigidaire Elites: Although they are not 1-18's they too look like they are frozen in time, just out of the box. They have that funky corkscrew agitator that is still fun to watch.

Filter

I have the exact one with window as many posted.

I don’t get any recirculating of water thru
The lint filter. When I got the machine there was a ton of calcium in the tub and I cleaned it thoroughly. I haven’t taken the top off but do you think it’s calcium build up that’s causing no recirculating or the tube just isn’t connected. Not very handy so thought better leave well enough alone.

Chris,

I'm still searching for the matching dryer. I have a lot of $$$ saved up for it and the whole washer if I can ever find one or the other or both.

When I had Three

I had 3 of them in 2007. One I got from Sactoteddybear and it leaked. I got the next one from craigslist in San Jose and the timer did not work. The third I found here in Sacramento and everything worked. I gave the other two to Sactoteddybear and thought he could fix them, or combine them.
