Found (luckily) late in Oct. 2018 through a seller on Kijiji:

Original manual for the Hoov mod. 0610 twin tub washing machine (Hamilton, Ont., Canada). Interesting the fact that the date of purchase was penned by the initial owner: July 14 1967 ! ...Never seen one of those users guides for decades... I've included a few other scans/images showing the Hoover manufacturing plant in Hamilton, Canada, the latter known as the capitol of steel production in the country. Hoover Hamilton did produce sweepers, vacuum cleaners and portable washing machines.

Steel production essential to many companies around

Footnote: The fifth photo above shows an aerial view of the Dofasco steel company (now Arcelor Mittal), key to several 'iron-hungry' manufactures in the Hamilton area (the Hoover Co. Ltd. once one of those, before they moved installations to the city of Burlington).
