hello to all this question dates back from my youth but my grandmother may she rest in peace now that she passway her inglis liberator 3 cycle push to start washer had this agitator inside it so it makes me wonder if at that time my grandmother inglis washer was made by Kenmore for inglis? and 2 of my aunts years ago had a winger washer that also had this agitator inside of it but the brand of the wringer if I serach my memory was a ge unless it was an inglis made wringer washer badge under the ge name

That is definitely a Whirlpool/Kenmore made machine.

It's Whirlpool design.  Sears/Kenmore never manufactured anything directly themselves, all products are sourced from other manufacturers, although to Sears specifications and features ... unless the situation is different in Canada but I suspect not.

Growing up, we had a Kenmore with the same agitator but a winged top. Cousins had a BOL Whirlpool with the same agitator and cap. My '48 Kenmore wringer has a different agitator but the same cap.

Oh God

I would kill/pay to find that washer with that agitator and that lint filter. I could then happily die and go to heaven! It would be a dream come true.
