Unusual in brand, anyway... Note the bilingual nameplate - this one got smuggled over the border from Canada for sure! The sellers pictures are not very good, alas.

This has to be from the early 70s when GSW/Beatty aligned with Easy to produce appliances; it was their last ditch effort to hold on to the appliance market in Canada. By 1975, Camco (makers of GE and Hotpoint appliances in Canada) had gobbled up the Beatty brand name.

But Paul, the seller is simply adding intrigue with dramatic lighting, specifically in pic #2. 

 

However the seller must have gotten distracted and completely lost focus with pics 3 & 4....
