You made two posts very early in AM about an hour apart. Just a kind word to say a bulk of membership on this site is from North America which means they were likely asleep and or otherwise not checking into the site. You have to give queries time to be seen by members before anyone can answer.

NOS parts for Hoover twin tubs can be hard to find. Those with spares are often reluctant to part with unless they have a good supply because getting more might not be easy.

Best way to find parts for vintage washing machines in general is to first check eBay and other online sites. Also as noted in above response we've discussed Hoover twin tubs (aka Hoovermatics) plenty of times on the site. Search the archives for information including part names and numbers.

For the North American market Hoover TTs 0510 and 0512 were basically same machines. One had a metal wash tub while other was poly. Otherwise they operated same and were built similar underneath. So if you find any parts or manuals for one or they other it will suit your purposes.

Different series of Hoover TTs used various belts, and the belts changed depending upon if spin or pump for instance. You'll need to find the proper belt to replace what is gone.

Pumps on all Hoover TTs were their weakest link so to speak; prone to leaking and other problems. Again check the archives for information about possible repairs.

Finding NOS pumps for these Hoover TTs is going to be heavy work. They do pop up now and then on eBay or other sites, but that is happening less and less as decades go by. What NOS was sitting on shelves either has been sold off or otherwise long gone. There is someone on eBayUK selling new aftermarket spares, but they want $300 plus shipping.

If all you need is a pump body, maybe someone has something lying about spare from an otherwise non-functioning that might work out.

Again strongly suggest being proactive and searching the internet and so forth to find spares. You can find a parts diagram here.
