I started doing my weekend washes and as the machine filled, the bleach dispenser hose started overflowing and drained out water (I have the top up and front panel off).
Does anyone know what going on?

The hose is supposed to be attached to the BD fill cup, if the end of the hose comes loose and falls to a level below the water in the machine water will flow out.

I've been working with the top up and hose unattached for a few months, and this has not ever happened...even when washing whites, I pour bleach into the dispenser tube and it drained into the tub...water is actually draining out of the tubs through the bleach dispenser tube into my bucket

Tape the hose in an upright position so the open end is above the water level in the tub. Not having water run out of the open end of a hose lying below the water is expecting a suspension of a principle of physics.
