I have a 1956 GE Wonder Kitchen for sale here in Massachusetts. Completely original kitchen setup with Automatic washer/dryer combo, stove, range and dishwasher all built in. Comes with original owners manuals as well.

That is great in the aqua with yellow cabinets combination, I have seen that in other period kitchens... and great that it is complete and in such great shape! | ||

I thought that the installation was simplified with one set of plumbing connections and a single electrical hookup to the panel in the lower cabinet that had wiring to everything. They made it sound so easy for the builders. Maybe it wasn't after it was taken apart and reassembled. | ||

GE kinda oversold the 'easy installation' on these... The main electrical connection may have been the easiest part but it would still mean running a supply line for a 100 amp service panel to the Wonder Kitchen. I totally messed up the installation of two individual components - the washer/dryer and electric sink unit... but it all still works! | ||
