A mid-50s Westinghouse with the single full size 40" oven! Great for preparing the large family meals, but for an intimate dinner for two, maybe a bit inefficient!

I saw an add for this range in a mid 50s Saturday Evening Post and then John and I found it at a second hand appliance dealer my brother found at Glenwood Rd. and Columbia Drive on a trip to Atlanta back in the 80s.

It might not be super efficient for a small oven meal, but it has two regular size broiler elements in the top of the oven so you can easily broil for two or a crowd. Unfortunately, the oven is shallow so it only holds two Bundt pans whereas if it were deeper, it could hold three. It was specifically designed for weekly bread baking  and cake and pie baking. The divided cooktop is great for jelly making and canning.
