I am looking for a vintage Whirlpool belt drive washer with the magic mix filter. I have a LVB5300W1. I like the timer and cycle selections in the little counsel on the right side. If anyone has a washer similar to this in the PA NY or OH area please leave me know. |

That is what I’m looking for. Mine is after the RCA went away but I would love to have one with the RCA on it. |

Here is the washer I currently have. I’m looking to get a whirlpool belt drive to replace my GE Filter Flo. A RCA era one would be great! |

I would really like to get a rca era washer. I like the style like I have with the timer controls all off to one side. I want the magic mix filter too. |

I am working on restoring my whirlpool since it needs new bearings anyway. I was wondering if anyone could help walk me through getting the basket out of the outer tub so I can clean and check for rust issues and address them. Thanks for any help in advance! |

WOW! I didn't know Whirlpool had 24 inch models here in the USA. The last washer posted above looks so Brastemp-ish. |

John, do you have any pics of your 1985? I've been searching for an early 80's belt drive. |

Hi Jessie, I sold one of the early 80s BD washers that we had completely gone over, I have another one that we still need to go over that is in very good condition. I think it is an LA7680 which is a higher end super capacity 29" model. It came from a house where it was located on an upper floor so it has no rust and it literally had one older lady that ever used it. $400
We also have an almond pair of LFA7800 and LFE7800 that are completely restored and running ready to go to a good home. the machines have no rust, and we even installed a SS centerpost sleeve in it while rebuilding, pair price $600
Machines can be picked up in Beltsville Md.
