I could see maybe they used a door from an older coppertone unit. But 1977 is too new to be a yellow color. I don't get it.

The range body is Harvest (unshaded), as the model # ends with "HA".

No, this model had a "black glass" panel that fit inside the frame that is still visible. The conventional window oven door has been revealed and these people decided to paint it.
