The ad copy states it's 31" deep.  Counter depth would be 24" not including handles. 

 

I don't see any indication that it's frost free, unless that's what "Customatic" means.  That's not a deal-breaker, but if it needs defrosting, I see no drain in the freezer.  That would be a deal-breaker.

 

I think I'm limited to GE (not a bad thing) for a fridge of this vintage that's counter depth.

Hmmm

I thought all fridges then were counter depth..I don't think its frost free which I would prefer frost free fridges are so trouble prone

What I love are those robust shelves and hinge assemblies. Wow! It seems to be amazingly complete. I wonder if the bulbs in the refrigerator section are supposed to be bare. If so, that was a design faux pas.
