.
Drum turning, gas supply valve open, igniter glowing, coils tested within spec, thermostats show continuity, door switch working, but burner will not kick on. What am I missing?

does the coil 'click' when activated....
a lot of times, the coil will click, but not open the valve.....at the point of the click, take a screwdriver and push on the connector to twist it either left or right while the glow tube is ready, if it fires up, the coils are bad... odd how it has to line up just right to work...even though the coils may test ok... |

Bad Gas Valve, It is amazing how many gas valves we have replaced on MT dryers, even though they appear to be the same White-Rogers valves used on KM & WP dryers which outsold MT by at least 5 fold and yet I bet I have only replaced one or two on WP built dryers and at least two dozen on MTs, [ I just replaced on on a Neptune Gas stack two weeks ago ]
