Large Capacity: NO
Perfect for Apartment Buildings: NO. It's over 65 years old.

Is that price a Fazebook convention?
Wonderful dryer, though. I have one like it.

The quality of the bearings in these is so high and if you remove the drive belt and give the drum a turn, it will keep turning silently for several seconds.  I wish mine was a little newer and had the improved exhaust system that allowed it to be vented so I did not have to have the pair of panty hose attached to the lint screen/front air discharge and suspended from a water pipe above to manage the exhaust. I can see why people got rid of these from a style standpoint (even though I consider them to have an iconic beauty)  for wanting the laundry to look modern, but they dry synthetic fabrics just as safely as any modern dryer if you use the low heat setting. Granted, as an original owner aged, the floor level lint filter would get less convenient to use, but the dryer itself was a gem that would last a lifetime.
