That can be deceptive. It may mean A: "dryer powers on, heats up, advances automatically to end of cycle and shuts off" or B: "didn't blow up when plugged in". 'A' is the better option.
A dryer of this vintage may require repairs after just a few uses - thermostats or heating elements can give out or drum rollers and bearings may give out (had that happen recently...) If you are serious about purchasing this, have the seller demonstrate the dryer by running it for about 10 minutes before you commit to purchase. |
