I have a similar camel-back big drill press in my home workshop. It came with the house. It wasn't sold off like the rest of the shop tools because "it was too big to move". I'm told the previous owner got it from the San Francisco Mint.
It's fully functional but I don't use it much. But It's fun to turn on and impress visitors with. Belt driven, 220 volt. An OSHA nightmare, LOL. Mine is floor mounted, full height. Kind of a monster. |
