Not a detailed enough picture to tell for sure, it might be as Eugene suggested be from a 29" WP built dryer that goes between the side wall of the cabinet and rear balk-head to keep the cabinet from resonating and it also reduces the chance the cabinet will crush when it is shipped.
It could also be the plastic wiring harness retainer that is used to keep the machines wiring away from the moving parts of the machine. John L. |
