I have only seen about 2 other electric ranges built this way, this is basically a gas range with a single electric element taking the place of the gas burner.
Not only do you have a messy inconvenient broiler under the oven but it would also use a lot of power with no insulation under the oven as well as doing a terrible job browning in the oven.
This range is probably worth closer to its original real cost of $109.95, its certainly nothing that would be worth baking or broiling in.

30 inch model, I don't know why they went back to the pre war element set up on this All the other Norges had 2 element ovens that baked great |
