It's easy to do. Pull the washer out from the wall. When looking at the rear panel, raise and lower the lid in order to see the mechanism that engages the switch. You can see it from the back on the left side. There is a stationary part of the mechanism below the portion that moves. Simply put a clothes pin on it to prevent the moving part from disengaging the lid switch. Not the best instructions but hopefully you'll see what I'm talking about. You won't have to take the washer apart that way! |
