Ikea, sells sensible WP built Appliances with 5 year warranties so its not surprising that they have among the top reliabilty.

Lowes also sells Whirlpool, does that make Lowes one of America's most reliable appliance makers?

Kenmore does not make appliances either, in fact Kenmore major appliances are built by more than 6 companies so it is ridiculous that CRs even tries to rate KMAs, ever wounder why KMAs are always about average ? It is because they are basically an average of all popular major brands, LOL

Quite shocked how low did Fisher&Paykel score.
Personally, and through word of mouth, not many people had any issues with their products; I'd say I would easily trust F&P over LG or Whirlpool if buying a new appliance.
Their fridge is going on at least 6 years now in my kitchen and never an issue, even considering numerous moves.
