Louis, does it make you sneeze?

Tom, have you ever seen a baby that's eating sneeze? It ain't pretty. If you have time, the best thing you can do is put a napkin or a tissue over the face.

Sometimes Tom. Sometimes I get away with a runny nose, more often the sneezing starts after I rinsed.

I read recently in a Reader's Digest article that one shouldn't rinse after toothpaste.  Spit and leave the residual for the fluoride treatment.

Louis, a good friend of mine uses Dant Kanti natural toothpaste, which is made by Patanjali in Bharat.  He gave me a tube.  It tastes like cloves, it's brown; not white, and it might not aggravate your allergy.

Thanks Ralph, I don't think I have seen it here in the stores or online. There are other options for me, but all of them are without fluoride. And that is probably the ingredient that I'm allergic too. I use Parodontax, which was advised by my lung doctor. It's available without fluoride, perhaps I should try that sometime. My routine is to rinse with Listerine afterwards. When I'm fast enough I only get a bit of a runny nose. Well, at least my feet aren't smelling. lol

Now back to the more light hearted side of this thread.

Louis, have you ever considered “tooth powder”? That’s all my dad used years ago and I of course tried it as well. Turns out it’s still available today in a number of different brands. I’m not sure if it has the ingredients you are allergic to or not but, it was a thought.

Thanks for the thought Kevin. Not sure if it is available here, I don't want to order daily needs online.
