I really like the look of this Blackstone's agitator. Does anybody in the club have one of these machines?

does anyone have this model? Not a commonly sold model, from the early 1960s.

I wish I did!!  The early 1960s Beatty automatic washers here in Canada were Blackstone-built and looked like this (no stainless steel top was offered...)

Is it just me or does the dial look like it works “backwards” from right to left? Or is the center post dial stationary?

...and wonder how “remarkable” the lint filter was...it appears to be submerged so wonder about its effectiveness...

And.....

Down in the specs page it lists “Four Rinses”.

1. An overflow rinse at end of the wash.
2. A deep rinse
3. A Deep agitated rinse
And #4. A float over rinse

Aren’t # 2 & 3 the same thing?
