Well tomorrow the appliance store brings the new stove and dishwasher and hauls the old away. Our dishwasher has been used almost continuosly since we bought it in the early 80's. I ran it this morning before I disconnected it for the last time. I hate to see it scrapped. Twice over the years I.ve disconnected it and rolled it out by the garage and twice I've fixed it and rolled it back in because NOTHING out there for sale is as good. I still feel that way but the resale value of the house increases with newer appliances. Anyway, I live close to Modesto,Cal if anyone is interested. It should be cleaned up and used,not stripped.
