Hey guys! I just got a nice 80’s model Filter Flo from this guy and he has this beautiful older Avocado electric dryer. He’s about to junk it but I asked him to wait so I could post it on here. He’s in the Albany/ Schenectady area of upstate NY. Let me know if your interested. He was asking $75 but you could prob go lower. He just wants to get rid of it but appreciates that it’s still a nice old machine. Contact me if interested!

Matthew

The dryer is more likely from early to mid 1970s at the latest.

Judging from the round timer dial. The later 70’s models had switched to the rectangle format....

The dryer is no newer than 1972.  In 1973 GE switched the panel graphics, more along the line of Reply #2.

Nice dryer! Glad you saved the washer. I believe they dropped the metal lint filter in ‘73. I have a ‘72 model that still has the metal rimmed lint filter. Hope someone saves this dryer.
