Circa 1948 Google "1948 GE washer ad", and you can see magazine ads for this machine. This model was probably made from just after WWII until GE discontinued wringer washers in the early to mid 50's. My grandfather in Mississippi had a GE wringer washer, but it had exposed legs instead of the long skirt. | ||
