Click the link to see all photos. Or click the arrows to view photos. I would put this in the Dirty Laundry forum if I was a Adult Upgraded Member. I basically requested the owner to make the listing title to say FOR PARTS. I wanted to get it myself but in this condition I would scrap it myself. The reason for the Viewer discretion is advised is the other photos may be not appropriate for the weak stomached. Clicking the link will take you to the listing.

I dunno.  Externals actually better than many seen.  Low rust, only 1 knob missing.  Spin can and spiralator missing?  Internals, who knows? But fewer years on it than the 'gearshift' era ones.

If one was trying to make 1 good one out of 3 junkers, might be a good place to start.

I'll second this. Most that come up for sale around here are second or third-generation yard art/planeters by this point... makes the one here look pristine!

Friends of mine had this same model that was in a house they bought and it resided in their barn. She came into the barn in her big SUV and smashed into the wash tub and ruined the otherwise perfect washer. It ended up on the side of the road for clean out day and scrappers immediately took it away.

I wouldn't say that is anywhere near "destroyed".

I could really use the timer knob but too far away for just that.

Geez!  Relax and hold back the vomit (that's a reference to Episode One of "The Politician" on Netflix) my child.

When I thought I wanted one of these for my patio washer, my intention was for it to do double duty as a drinks cooler for parties.  I don't see what the (implied) big deal is.  It's not like I intended to turn it on and thrash all the cans and bottles around in the ice.

I also agree with others that I've seen EASY machines in way worse shape than this one posted here or on CL in the past.  If I saw this in the DL forum, I'd ask Robert to kick it over here to Imperial where it belongs.

Long as we got the attention of some Spindry guys, anybody had this transmission apart and know what the clutching arrangement is? Does spin side have hydraulic coupler to allow for startup?
