Complete GE avocado kitchen, uninstalled as of this date, stored in the seller's garage.  They name the dishwasher, wall oven and refrigerator specifically; but it would appear that the cooktop and range hood are available, too.

Make an offer.  Louisville, KY

look in the oven

Apparently they don't know the oven is self cleaning, from the pics of the oven interior. if you are going to sell something, wouldn't you want it to look the best it can.
Signed,
I don't get it

P.S., beautiful appliances though.

Would Love that kitchen. But would have a KitchenAid of that vintage as a back up or use the GE as a back up.

Would that be a Clown Shoe Machine with the Cement Mixer Motor ?

Those are nice

and appear to be from around '67 or '68, based on the trim. Agree oven needs a cleaning, but look fine otherwise. Wonder if these were in a GE employees home?

Hmmm..... not sure if the dishwasher would have the 'clown shoe' wash arm. It looks like a '67-ish model but that guess is based purely on the design of the refrigerator doors.  This could well be a set of early-run GE avocados!

Back in the 90's, I got a "Clown Shoe" wash arm machine for free.

It was a MOL Potscrubber and I have to say it cleaned very well. Noisy, You betcha. It was free and I didn't have to wash dishes and pots.

I don't believe that the dishwasher is as old as the other appliances.  The avocado lacks the shading of the other appliances, meaning that it would be no older than 1977.  Although the workings of the tub might be very similar to a dishwasher from 1966/1967 that plastic control panel also suggests that maybe the original dishwasher was replaced.

No clown shoe, but definitely a lower wash arm with pop-up spray and "saucer shelf".

I too was doubting this was the original dishwasher.  I couldn't imagine the other appliances weren't builders gradethat's for sure, especially the oven, and did think, why would someone pick a BOL dishwasher and have the rest being nicer lines?

I agree, was everything that wasn't a dish, flatware, cup, glass, mug or utensil, just done by hand?

Avocado, although a "cool" color, WARMS me!

What I would have had in my kitchen, if I chose what color to use--even to this day...

That's just like the Whirlpool freezer we got in the summer of '74, except ours was white. My sister took it when our dad moved up there. They used it until about 5 years ago when it quit.

It’s funny when someone mentioned “This must be the year for avocado green!” When I created the thread about my Maytag A606 set, and I think they are right since a lot of avocado green appliances have been popping up for sale this year lol

That dishwasher is from circa 1974. and was added later

The fridge is from 1966-67 as GE went to the brown vinyl handle in 1968. The wall oven and the cook top probably are the same age as the fridge. PATRICK COFFEY
