Looks like a rebadged Kelvinator/Leonard to me, but I don't recall seeing the cold control down where it is on a Kelvy. I think it's more '40s than '50s.
It's very clean, but as is all too often the case with vintage refrigerators, it suffers from MCS (missing crisper(s) syndrome). Even if it had them, it would still only be worth maybe 1/10 of the asking price IMO. |

I've never heard of Cromwell anything. But I do remember when Lucy did that "Breakfast With Ricky & Lucy" TV show from their apartment and the director guy said "Mr. Cromwell said it would be a husband and wife show or nothing". You gotta be old to remember that...really old. This is about the most out-of-place comment I've ever made.

This looks very similar to the Philco I refurbished this year; as far as the cabinet shape, and the drawer below the fridge compartment. |
