I have a late 70s Hotpoint 40” range with self cleaning oven.
The clock and timer no longer work. My question is, am I still able to use the self-cleaning oven without the clock?

Just set all the controls as you normally would, then after 2-3 hours just turn the oven selector switch off and wait 1/2 hour or so and push the latch release and unlatch the door.
Please post a before and after picture of your oven insides so we can all enjoy the thrill of GEs P-7 Oven cleaning.
