There's a matching pair of Harvest Gold 1-18 Frigidaire washer and dryer for sale on Craigslist San Francisco. The working pair is located in San Jose.

Someone should grab it, they're getting rarer!
We have the similar era slightly more-featured Gold Crown model:

Those look almost identical to the set that was on display at the Frigidaire dealer I worked at the summer of '77. However, they were the shaded version, while these aren't.

For the FRIGIDAIRE experts...

I have a question;
Did FRIGIDAIRE ever offer a 4-speed wash-spin combination option on the 2-speed washers (NORMAL-NORMAL, NORMAL-SLOW, GENTLE-NORMAL, GENTLE-SLOW)?
Or was the 2-speed washer just a 2-speed option?

This is something that I have wondered about a few times now.

I just sent an email to see if they are still available...would love to have them be a part of my collection!

Hey, is anyone near these in San Jose? If the buyer is amenable to my buying them, I can’t pick them up until next weekend — I’m headed to Lake Tahoe this weekend to pick up a 1955 Norge Timeline washer. Would someone be able to help me out by picking them up until I can get them? I promise a suitable reward!

Thanks,

Todd
