Is almost the same thing as a new SQ dryer, 95% of the parts are interchangeable with a current SQ, only the electronic control might be a problem.
Your model even has a SS tub and bulkhead along with a florescent light above the controls.
You should reverse the dryer door for easier loading the clothing from the washer.

i just got it today from offerup $50 delivered, the seller said it didnt work so i figured if the circuit board was bad i could put the control panel light on the speed queen.its a gas dryer and needs a set of gas valve coils everything else seems to be ok exept for the drum light and top light bulbs,it also needs to be vacuumed out on the inside.i ordered all the parts for it as soon as i found out what was wrong with it.the serial number said its from 1996 so she is an oldie, i had a set of perfect balance amanas from around 2001 with the super capacity washer drum and the bigger lid opening like the newer speed queens. i needed a dryer cause the motor on my estate went out and i wanted a dryer with a light inside and wrinkle guard so i ended up with this 🙂

The price is right and you'll probably get what you need from this 'oldie'. |
