That is a pretty blue color. And your washer has a tub light, awesome!
When I was little, my mom had a white WHIRLPOOL with that same kind of agitator. But I think the tub/basket was black with white specks?

Yes, that is a beautiful machine in a very nice color.  I find the Brastemp console with throwback Kenmore cycle selector to be more appealing when compared to those of its American Whirlpool contemporaries.

awesome color and the style.

 

The panel is similar to the mid 1970s whirlpools in the U.S., but the color is early 60s,  

 

What year is this and has it been painted?

I just plugged the socket into the case and plugged into the timer TMT and TMW terminals. whenever the washer starts the timer motor it turns on the lamp
