Tappan Microwave range The MWO power-pac was under the main conventional oven, so there was a cooling fan the magnetron, transformer etc.
The MW energy was channeled up the back to the MWO cavity above the CT. The only one of these I ever saw was out at the Aberdeen Farm in SD, but we left it there as it had been outside in the elements for 10-20 years. I would love to find one of these in better condition.
I am guessing late 60s, does anyone know a closer date for this Tappan ad ?

Tappan Microwave range Cool Tom now we just have to find one of these ranges for the Microwave kitchen at our museum.
I have a Tappan MW wall oven in the house in W Va from about 1968 that is really a cool piece of engineering and works great.

Boy's shirts and t-shirts. 6yo or 14yo? Child's playsuit, playpants, dresses. 3yo or 8yo? Men's shirts, t-shirts, undershirt, shorts. 130lb man or 250lb man? LOL. | ||

The house my family was living in when my father died in 1962 had a Westinghouse Center Drawer fridge just like this, only it was Coppertone with the SS center drawer. The rest of the kitchen was also all Westinghouse, but the other appliances were 1956 built in models dating from when the home was built.
These center drawer models must have been pretty rare as the only ones I’ve ever seen other than the one we had are in the great old ads that Louie posts here for us to look at. Thanks Louie! Eddie | ||
