Marked down from $279 to $189.
That always makes me suspicious that it is not selling. Or is it overpriced junk. I'll have to look at one in person. I like the two fans in it. I have a Hamilton Beach with a Swing up door I bought last year that I use the hell out of. I think I paid like $60+ and it's a good little Convection Toaster Thing. It has dials and no Digital presets. Sometimes simplicity outweighs the beeping flashing preset world we now have ; ) If anyone here buys one, I will be anxious to hear their review and thoughts. |

Oster convection/toaster oven; cannot complain...
No won't be doing large roasts or poultry as with the vintage Maxim or Cuisinart units, but they are on shelf if needed. www.amazon.com/Oster-Conv... |

I like my toaster ovens small and petite and good at making toast. Been through numerous over the years, but the Panasonic Flash Xpress is a champ. We use it mainly for making toast, its super fast and even. Or making small things like bake potatoes etc . Anything bigger can go in the big stove oven.. The Panny uses infra red and halogen type lights,, so no preheating required, it's instant heat.

We have the Breville Convection/Toaster oven. It works really well as a toaster and an oven. Since we moved into this house though, we bought the Samsung Duo Flex oven that is two ovens in one. I find myself using that all the time so we put the Breville away for now as they do take up space on the counter. We picked up a new toaster for $10 at an Estate Sale so we use that for toast and bagels and the rest use the oven.
I can heat up the top part quickly and put pizza or whatever I want in there to warm up. The oven has two separate Convection fans for the upper and lower sections to bake at two temps and then when you use it as one oven they alternate. It's pretty cool and we have been happy with it. |
