Hello Folks. Long time lurker, but now I actually need some help on some merging I can’t find info on.
I’ve got a 1966 Frigidaire Gemini 19 side by side refrigerator/freezer.
The model number is FPD-19VK.
I have not been able to hunt down a parts diagram, owners manual or service manual. None of the online parts houses I’ve checked have this info either.
I know Electrolux has an archive of Frigidaire documents, manuals, service manuals, etc.
But finding the person who has access to the archive is no mean feat.
Anybody know where I can find a parts diagram? I am rebuilding the evaporator fan assembly. I’ve tracked down the motor and the fan wheel itself. But I am looking for the plastic base plate and intake/shroud and the tiny push nuts that hold the shroud to the base on plastic studs.
Being 53 years old and having had the motor replaced at least once, judging from the missing push nuts and broken plastic studs on the base, I’m trying to find replacement parts for these pieces of the evaporator fan assembly. When the most recent motor burned out, it warped the shroud and the last person who messed with it cracked the plastic base plate.
