1974 to 1976 at the latest as that's still a Halo-of-heat dryer.

because 1975 was the last year for the Halo-of-Heat dryer and the first year for the gold trim on the console of the washer and dryers. PATRICK COFFEY

Wow Dan!  Your washer is practically a twin!  No doubt they were on the assembly line at the same time.  Amazing considering the machines ended up on opposite coasts.
