"Switch opens door. Tub still spins independently. Not in working order. SOME INTERNAL PARTS MISSING. In great shape, just a little dusty. This is VERY HEAVY.

One of Aworg's founders and museum curator, John Lefevre, aka, Monsieur Le Combo, has one of these at the museum--different model-- and something was finicky with it. He might be very interested in this, and I'm sure he'll see it in the morning. Great find. Brilliant posting. Very rare, indeed!

Kenny, didn't realize it had already been listed. I did a search for "Combomatic" before posting and nothing came up.

parts

I just started working on it but for the most part the pulley that goes on the motor I believe is the spin motor or the one that does the surge it the smaller pulley that drive the main tumble on wheel on the wash tub and the just the front push pull knob the one that just screws on and off the rest of the knob is there that has the red for the two drying times. I would be very thankful for any help I would love to get it going. the Electrical parts I not worried about because it mostly been undisturbed. I do think I am going to have to rebuild the tumble motor or at least the clean it.

thanks once again for anything or any lead you can give me.
Larry

Hi Larry, I should have what you need, I have several sets of the motors with the drive pulleys for these combinations and we have a complete running one that can be seen or pictures taken of it to help you get yours running.

exciting !!! A rare dream machine back in service !!

It just amazes me how simple those could be today with electronic controls and how much more cycle flexible too.
